Who we are & what we do
Parwich Parish Council consists of 7 elected councillors who serve for a four-year term, or until the next full parish council election. All councillors are voluntary.
Council Meetings are normally held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, except August and December, when there is normally no meeting - see the Council Meetings link above for more information.
The Meetings are held in Parwich Memorial Hall at 7.30pm.
Parwich Parish Council has an overall responsibility for the wellbeing of your local neighbourhood. Their work falls into three main categories:-
1. representing the local community
2. delivering services to meet local needs
3. striving to improve the quality of life in the local area
Councillors and their role

Councillors are required to complete a Declaration of Disclosable Interests which is retained by the Monitoring Officer for Derbyshire Dales District Council and can be seen by clicking here.
